How the School collects, uses and protects your personal information, and what you can ask us to do.

Pinnacle Snowsports Co., Ltd. (the “School”) processes your personal information, to the extent necessary, in order to provide ski and snowboard lessons, our website and related services.
1. Collection and Use
The School may collect:
- name, contact details, and booking and participant information;
- the lesson requirements, health, safety and emergency contact information you provide;
- payment status, transaction and receipt records;
- messages and service records between you and the School;
- lesson progress and images taken during lessons;
- where you use third-party sign-in, messaging or content management features, the account and interaction data those platforms provide to us as necessary.
This information is used only to arrange and deliver lessons, transfers, payments, customer service, account and message management, safety handling, and to meet legal obligations.
The School does not sell personal information and does not provide it to advertisers for targeted advertising.
2. Third-Party Services
To the extent necessary to provide our services, the School may use third-party services for website hosting, databases, email, payments, customer service and social platforms.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; the School does not handle full payment card details. Third-party platforms may also process data under their own privacy policies.
Where required by law, or where necessary to protect life, physical safety or security, the School may provide necessary information to public authorities, medical services or rescue services.
3. Processing Outside Japan
The School’s data is stored primarily in Japan. Some providers may process data outside Japan; the School uses such services only to the extent necessary to provide its services.
4. Minors and Images
Children’s courses must be booked by a parent or guardian. Health, lesson and image information relating to a minor is made available only to the guardian or to a person the guardian expressly designates.
Instructors may take photographs or video during lessons as a record of teaching. If you do not wish your images to be used for promotional or educational purposes, please tell the School before the lesson begins. Where a minor is involved, the prior consent of a guardian is required.
5. Retention and Security
The School retains information only for as long as needed to provide its services or meet legal obligations, and takes appropriate measures to restrict access to it.
Once the purpose of retention has ended, the School deletes or de-identifies the information, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask the School to stop using it, and you may disconnect third-party platform connections.
To make a request, email pinnaclesnowjp@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify the relevant records. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or access tokens.
The School may verify your identity before acting on a request, and will act on it to the extent permitted by its legal retention obligations.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the School will update this page and the last-updated date.
